Horses For Sale

From time to time, Gladstone Equine accepts Horses for sale on consignment. These horses are always well cared for, vaccinated and accompanied by a current negative coggins report. The horses are generally boarded in our facility so as a potential buyer, you are able to ride the horse in our indoor or outdoor ring, use our jumps, and get a really good idea of the horse’s abilities.

Before accepting any horses for sale, our trainers always ride them in order to gauge their level of training. If we believe that we can help sell the horse, we then take responsibility for advertising, marketing, showing and exhibiting the horse for sale. Horses for sale are advertised on industry websites, print classified or display ads and by means of flyers in local tack shops.

The potential buyer is always responsible for having a veterinarian examine the horse prior to purchase, in order to accurately understand the animal’s health. We do our best to learn the horse’s history, but the information we rely on is generally provided by the seller, so we make no guarantees.
